How it all goes down
FIRST:
Once we have established your wedding date is available on our books, we'd love to set up a call and get to know you better. We enjoy learning about our couples, and hearing details of your big day.
THEN:
After we become fast friends (once you meet Kara our Director of Operations you will have no choice but to be her friend!) we will begin the booking process of securing your big day on our calendar. We require a $800 deposit to secure your wedding date. All of our invoicing is done via Quickbooks. Couples receive a contract and an invoice upon booking us. The invoice is to be paid in full one week prior to the event. We have had couples that chip away at their balance as their wedding approaches, and others that pay the balance the week before the wedding. Either way works for us!
NEXT:
Let's fast forward to the week of the wedding. Your balance has been paid, and it's GO time! This is the week that we set up a call with you and your significant other to review the timeline, and discuss details related to your film. Don't hold anything back! We want all of the nitty gritty details, and every important moment that you want captured in your wedding film. Do you have a fun first look planned? Have a family heirloom as the cake topper? A gift for your groom? Wanting to do a first touch? BRING IT!
LAST:
After your wedding is when the editing magic happens. You can expect your wedding film to be delivered to you in less than nine weeks. If you purchased RAW Footage of your wedding day, we generally have that shipped out to you in about ten weeks post wedding date. It is delivered via a harddrive through the mail. If you choose not to purchase your RAW Footage post wedding, no worries! We never purge your content without letting you know.
